Most people in my life were supportive when I told them about my decision to end my quest for motherhood. But there were some who didn’t want me to quit. On Monday I decided it was time to give up coffee and sugar. Needless to say, I have made no new friends this week.
I know that in the long run I will feel better without these edible crutches, but right now I just want to go back to bed and shut out the world.
