I’ve been taking a break from social media and the news lately, so I managed to miss last week’s “happy” news. However a reader alerted me to the arrival of the royal baby and the onslaught of pictures in the news.
So, this week’s topic is:
Baby picture overload (royal or otherwise)
Whine away.
Mel says
You’d have thought she’d given birth to the new messiah instead of another sponger with it’s hand out. And don’t get me started on those morons outside the hospital!
Analia says
Every time that a child come to this world, I believe it is a blessing from God. Still ask myself why is so hard for me to understand that I am blessed even without a child.
Jenn says
Between the royal baby and the senator that just had a baby I can’t even watch the news anymore. Both are just everywhere.
Nita Bourland says
I dont look at it like baby overload but I look at it like a blessing from God, anytime we have blessings in our lives we are happy and want to share.
With family members so far away there are grandparents, nieces, uncles that want to see loads of pictures of the blessings and achievements in our lives.
I dont have a dog but those that do post loads of pictures of their pets because Pets are family and we are proud of the blessings our pets bring.
Facebook has a “Hide” feature and a “unfollow” feature and anytime it becomes too much people can always use that feature.
Jenn says
Can’t really hide or unfollow all the sites and people sharing about the royal baby. Can’t even be compared to pet photos. Even after losing my dog pet photos weren’t tough to look at. But after giving birth and losing my twins you can bet some baby photos are tough, especially when the same baby is everywhere.
